Product Application

  • • Anti-sticking and lubricating agent for EVA and PVC, ideal for anti-sticking and anti-caking of soft or sticky resins. • Lubricant and processing aid for wood-plastic composites (plastic and natural fiber composites). Replaces zinc stearate and EBS, avoids negative coupling agent effects, and enhances physical and chemical properties. • Lubricant, anti-sticking agent, and release agent for PE, PP, PS, ABS, PA, PET, PC, and SBC (styrene butadiene copolymer).

  • • Release agent and internal lubricant for acrylic rubber. • Anti-sticking agent, extrusion aid, and release agent for chlorinated rubber, fluorinated rubber, and nitrile rubber.

  • • Dispersant and coupling agent for pigments and fillers. Strong affinity with inorganic pigments/fillers, improving adhesion and modifying their surface properties for better dispersion.

  • • Auxiliary nucleating agent for polyolefin, polyoxymethylene, and polyamide resins. Shortens nucleation time, refines resin structure, and enhances mechanical properties and transparency of products. • Improves heat resistance, weather resistance, and anti-static properties of polyester and polyamide fibers.

Packaging and Storage

The product is packed in composite bags with a net weight of 20kg or 25kg per bag. During transportation, it should be protected from direct sunlight and rain. The storage period is 1 year. It is recommended to store in a dark, dry, and ventilated place. After 1 year, it can still be used if it passes inspection. This product should be stored and transported according to general industrial chemical regulations.
