Product Application

  • • Used as a high-temperature resistant adhesive for CPP, BOPP, BOPET, BOPS, BOPA, BOPLA, BOPEN, POF, and composite films. • Can replace inorganic opening agents and improve film transparency.

  • • Functions as an opening, anti-sticking, and smoothing agent for LLDPE, LDPE, EVA, often combined with mustard amine. • Enhances surface smoothness, transparency, and processability.

  • Acts as an additive for foamed PE, providing internal and external lubrication and anti-sticking properties for PVC and PVDC.

  • Serves as a bright release agent and mold flow promoter for PA6 and PA66.

  • Used as a release agent and lubricant for TPEs, and as an anti-static agent for PBT and PET fibers.

  • Functions as a brightener, lubricant/dispersant, smooth agent, anti-scratch, and anti-sticking additive for polyester films, improving surface appearance and handling.

Packaging and Storage

The product is packed in composite bags with a net weight of 20kg/25kg per bag. During transportation, it should be protected from direct sunlight and rain. The storage period is 1 year. It is recommended to store it in a light-avoiding, dry, and ventilated place. After 1 year, if it passes the inspection, it can still be used. This product should be stored and transported according to the regulations for general industrial chemicals.
